For railway stations especially medium and large stations, in order to improve passenger service level and working efficiency, passenger information service system, video monitoring system, digital broadcasting system, integrated display system and information release system have been deployed. Since these systems have been put into use, maintenance and management of the equipment, arrangement and organization of the personnel for operation and maintenance are becoming the main part of station safety in operation and routine work. Aiming at this situation, Winsion has developed the command and dispatching system based on geographic information. The digital map serves as the main management entrance for the whole integrated management platform, which makes it simple and convenient for the leader or staff to view areas or objects of the station without memorizing serial number of the camera or system like terminal that are used as the traditional method to see desirous content. It greatly saves time and improves the working efficiency.

---By displaying current distribution and and application situation of various application systems on the digital map, we can use one entrance to grasp the overall running situation of the station. It provides real time and effective basis for the work. The digital map has integrated the following functions of the integrated platform:  

Operation and Maintenance Management System. 

It marks all installation positions of system equipment and displays current running status. It uses colors of digital map areas to distinguish the working status and serviceable condition of the equipment.

Video Monitoring System.

It achieves the interactive video operation based on the interface to acquire the real time video stream and the real time storage stream of video monitoring system. It can control the front end camera and replay, record and download relevant storage video. By linking with linkage service, it achieves initiative and passive linkage application functions of the camera. The camera information can be managed through the digital map interface including management of camera manufacturer, installation time, working status and maintenance company.

On the digital map shows geographic position of the cameras. Click any camera to view relevant image directly.

Boundary Alarm System.

Acquire the alarm information of boundary alarm system and mark on the digital map for reminder or notice. It can be linked with the linkage system to achieve intelligent video linkage functions. 

Emergency Alarm System.

Acquire the alarm information of emergency alarm system and give reminder or notice by acousto-optic or voice. It can be linked with linkage system. 

High Voltage Grid Alarm System.

It achieves to display high voltage grid distribution, running status and warning for each section.

Information Release System.

It achieves to display distribution of networking LED screens, working status and display content of LED. It can be connected with content editing function of LED.

Public Address System.

It achieves to display distribution of amplification devices of the public address system on the digital map.

Public Electromechanical Monitoring.

It achieves to display distribution of the main electromechanical equipment, acquire the real time monitoring data of the main electromechanical equipment, boundary search lighting and display it on the digital map. Also the front end devices can be controlled on the digital map.

Interphone Monitoring System.

It achieves to display distribution of the interphones. It can be linked with interphone alarm system and achieve functions such as two-way talk back, video display and linkage etc. 

Locating and Tracking System.

It achieves to locate, track or linkage control of the moveable objects, vehicles and personnel in the area with GPS or WIFI location device (WIFI is a kind of technology that connects wearable devices like police data assistant and other terminals).

Video Conference System. 

It achieves to mark all conference participants on the digital map and click for conference invitation.


The digital map mainly consists of following logistic layers: 

Presentation Layer.

the presentation layer provides the users with the visit to application program. It is the interface that combines and displays the functions based on business requirement. It integrates different application layers including device, linkage, application, multimedia and data based on GIS business. Mixed form of bar code together with vector map or three dimensional digital map can be adopted as the concrete expression form for the presentation layer.

Business Processing Layer. 

It achieves both business rules and business logistic. Such as linkage relation display of alarm and video, intelligent data search and statistics and other functions. 

Business Support Layer. 

It is the external interface of geographic information resource service platform. It provides geographic information resource service for business processing layer. Each application system can get access to the service provided by geographic information resource service platform through this interface. The geospatial information service provided by the business support layer mainly includes: position location, spatial analysis, thematic map making, and data sharing etc. The spatial information service can be customized and extended according to business requirement. 

Platform Management Layer.

It is the core part of the geographic information platform, which is in charge of management and maintenance of the stored spatial information of its lower layers. It ensures the spatial information demand from the business support layer. The platform management layer also includes platform operation management function such as management of user, permission and log and system monitoring etc. 

Data Storage Layer.

Consisting of geographic information database, it is the base component of the geographic information platform. It provides data support for integrated management of the city. 

Hardware Network Layer.

It provides basis platform and communication service for the system.
