In Municipal administration, it provides system solution consisting of traffic control, integrated communication, electromechanical remote control and city security. In city construction, it provides electronic system to construct advanced smart buildings and adopts smart control technology to create digital nerve of the buildings. Besides, Winsion has been devoted to development of software system to provide software products for mobile e-commerce and enterprise-class project management. General Manager
As the chairman and the founder of Beijing Winsion Technologies Corporation, Mr. Yan Shaojian started his business in 2003 and has been the chairman of Taiyuan Tianqing Electronic Technology development Co., ltd and Beijing Huanqiujingdian Digital Co., ltd. Mr. Yan graduated as a DBA from the Higher Commercial College in Marseille. In 2008 He established Winsion and developed the first passenger information service system integration platform of Chinese railways, which has made marvelous achievements. Winsion also developed the fare collection system for foreign railways and became the top advanced enterprise in Chinese railway industry which can provide and complete the whole information system independently.
Li Pei
Deputy General Manager
Mr. Li Pei graduated from Shanxi University as a bachelor. Mr. Li has been engaged as a teacher in Taiyuan Railway Machinery School between July 1993 and March 2001. He has acted as the project manager of Beijing Sijichuang Communication Technology Co., ltd between April 2001 and March 2003 and the deputy general manager of Taiyuan Tianqing Electronic Technology development Co., ltd. And from September 2009 to October 2015, He became the deputy general manager of Beijing Winsion Technolgoy Co., ltd. Since October 2015 to date he has been serving as the deputy general manager and director of Beijing Winsion Technologies Corporation.
Ma Yutian
Deputy General Manager
Mr. Ma Yutian graduated from Shanxi University as a bachelor. Mr. Ma served as the project manager of Taiyuan Tianqing Electronic Technology development Co., ltd between March 2003 and May 2007 and the deputy manager of Taiyuan Brach of Beijing Zhongtie Tianyi Technology Development Co., ltd between June 2007 and October 2008. From April 2008 to date, he has been the deputy general manager and director of Beijing Winsion Technologies Corporation.
