Lighting intelligent control system is a kind of system that integrates various lighting methods, modern digital technology and network technology. Combined with traditional lighting control technology and based on station operation data, it controls light on/off of various areas intelligently to achieve the construction energy saving at the greatest extent.

The greatest feature of the system is scene control. There could be a couple of lighting circuits, each of which can be adjusted for the brightness to achieve a sort of lighting mood. It is called scene. Different scene can be preset (to construct different lighting atmosphere). Fade-in and fade-out time when change the scene makes light also change softly. Clock control is to use clock controller to change light regularly along with sunrise or sunset or the time. Various sensors and controllers are used to automatically control the light.


Beautify The Environment: 

Use scene change to add artistic effect to the environment for indoor lighting. Third dimension and layering produced to build a comfortable environment which is good for people’s physical and psychological health. This will improve working efficiency.

Prolong Lifespan of Lamp: 

Main factors which may affect the lifespan of the lamp includes over-voltage use and cold state shock. They enormously reduce the lifespan of the lamp. LT series intelligent light modulator has protection function for export voltage limiting: When network voltage exceed rated voltage 220V, the light modulator will automatically adjust it within 220V. The moment when the lamp in cold state connected with the power, 5~10 times of surge current will greatly shorten the lifespan of the lamp. The intelligent lighting adjustment system adopts gradual switch and fade-in & fade-out lighting control to avoid the cold-state shock to the lamp so that it can prolong its lifespan. The system is able to prolong the buld’s lifetime up to 2~4 times. This will save a lot of bulbs and reduce the workload to change the bulbs.

Energy Saving:

Luminance transducer adopted to automatically control the brightness of light to achieve purpose of energy saving. When mobile sensors adopted, light will be increased when people enter inducing area of the sensor and it will be decreased or off when people step out the inducing area. Some nightlights in the corridor can be controlled for energy saving. For instance: To save power, the restaurant change all corridor lights to 5W energy saving lights to reduce energy consumption. But the issues is that these energy saving lights bring low comfort level and illuminance, which lowers the level of the restaurant. It’s suggested the mobile sensor be used to control.   

Illuminance and Consistency of Illuminance:

It can maintain the light indoor by adopting the illuminance transducer. For instance: In school classroom, light intensity close to the window and light intensity close to the wall are requested to be almost the same. Therefore the transducers can be installed both close to the window and the wall. When outdoor light gets strong, the system will automatically weaken the light close to the window or switch off it and adjust the light close to the wall through the transducer. When outdoor light gets weak, the transducer will adjust the light and preset illuminance value according to the induction signal. The luminous efficiency of new lamp will gradually reduce due to increasing of hours of use. The reflectivity of the wall of new building will also gradually reduce due to increasing of hours of use. This will lead to illuminance inconsistency between new and old. By controlling of intelligent light modulator system, it can adjust the illuminance to a relatively stable level and save the energy at the same time.

Integrated Control: 

Monitor the whole system by PC network such as acquire the current working status of each lighting circuit, setting and scene modification. Controlling the whole system and sending fault report when emergency. Able to connect with building control system like BA system, fire extinguishing system and security system through gateway interface and serial interface. Intelligent lighting control system often consists of lighting module, switch power module, scene control panel, transducer, programming unit, programming socket and PC monitor etc. The above modules with independent control function are connected with a PC data cable to build up an independent lighting control system which achieves various intelligent management and automatic control of the lighting system.
